Super Lawyers® is an organization dedicated to helping people locate the most accomplished lawyers in a given practice area and geographical region. Each year, the Super Lawyers team selects highly qualified and well-respected attorneys from across the United States, based entirely on peer nominations and third-party feedback. After a rigorous four-step nomination and peer evaluation process, they announce which attorneys have been selected to that year’s Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists for each region.
Although it varies, in most states only 5% of all attorneys will be chosen to Super Lawyers, making inclusion on this list an incredible honor. Additionally, only 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40 will be selected to the Rising Stars list for their state or region.

Rising Stars Honorees
- Bryce W. Ashby – Attorney Ashby was selected to the 2018 Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for his work in Employment Litigation. This will be the 7th consecutive year that Attorney Ashby has been included on the Rising Stars list.
- Janelle C. Osowski – Attorney Osowski has also been chosen to the 2018 Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Employment Litigation. This will be her 5th year as a Rising Stars honoree.

- Donald Donati – Attorney Donati was selected to the 2018 Mid-South Super Lawyers list in Employment & Labor Law, making this the 13th consecutive year that our founding attorney Don Donati has been included as one of the Mid-South region’s top employment attorneys.
- William B. Ryan – Certified Civil Trial Specialist William “Billy” Ryan was chosen to the 2018 Mid-South Super Lawyers list again for his work in Employment Litigation. He has now been included on this list for 11 years in total.
