There are sooooo many AMAZING things I could say about Donati Law firm! Ellen and her team was/are the best ever to do it! After being denied by disability twice, I sought out help. Mr. Robert Donati Law, PLLC, MEMPHIS, TN, was the only law firm that genuinely assisted and accommodated me and several others in my family in receiving SSI for our several disabilities. Since 2016, I had been trying to establish my social security and all thru 2023, when I tried to do it either on my own or through big named law firms like "Rain Water Holten Sexton" twice and 3 other big wig law firms, who barely tried to help and left me out to dry after the first denial and never asked me if I wanted to appeal; it time I got denied and most of the time the social security office was looking at my age, education, and doctors notes/decisions; even though I had all the proof for years, I was still Denied, Denied, Denied!!!! I had recently been in 3 terrible car accidents, which left me with permanent damage that none of my main doctors could see, and in July of 2023, I was hospitalized by 2 different hospitals. A Neurologist at UAMS initially wanted to send me home with no diagnosis and tried to tell me that what I had been experiencing was all mental and a chronic illness, all because they never read my chart. Mr. Robert Donati personally asked me to have a Nerve Conduction Study test, and soon discovered I had a severe nerve condition, which proved it was never in my mind!!! All in all, I just want to say thank you, Robert Donati Law Firm, for never giving up on me and always treating me with respect. Truly heaven-sent!!! If you are someone who needs dire assistance trying to establish their "SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS," it's an absolute must that you hire Robert Donati Law Firm because they do help save lives!!! I live in Little Rock, Arkansas, and if it wasn't for my big cousin Shannon Tucker, who introduced me to the "DONATI LAW FIRM" in Memphis, TN I my life would have ended in tragedy. So all praises to Jehovah first for sending Mr. Robert Donati and his entire Staff, because they see you genuinely as " A PERSON NOT A PAYCHECK"!!!!

I brought my disability claim to Donati Law firm after a different law firm lost my hearing and appeal. Mr. Donati and his assistants helped me with my appeals and kept me informed about what was going on with my case. When it came time for my hearing, Mr. Canale prepared me and during the hearing, the judge told us we won! Mr. Canale was also able to get the judge to go back on the claim that other law firm lost!
