September Visa Bulletin

On August 12, 2013, the Department of State released the September Visa Bulletin. According to the most recent statistics, the family-based 2A category (spouses and children of permanent residents) is still current for all nationalities. For employment-based petitions, the second preference category (advanced degrees or persons of exceptional ability) has advanced to June 15, 2008 for India.
